Father, I come to You today praying for the Secret Service. How heavy this task must weigh on these individuals--to protect the highest leaders of our country even to the point of jumping in front of a bullet if needed. Prepare their minds & hearts for their service and sharpen their abilities of perception, discernment, observance, and their focus on the task at hand. Protect them from danger and give them Your strength, Your peace, and Your love for those whom they serve. Help them to work heartily, recognizing that they are serving the Lord as well as our nation. Thank You for their willingness to serve. Bless their families & protect them from evil as well. In the powerful name of Jesus, Amen.
